At Maulee Muse, every garment is thoughtfully crafted to celebrate Indian heritage through a contemporary global perspective. Many of our pieces are made to order, allowing us to reduce waste while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.

Order Processing

  • Ready-to-Wear Collection: Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Collection: Production begins after your order is confirmed and usually requires 10–15 business days before dispatch.

  • During collection launches, festive seasons, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • India

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

  • Selected international destinations

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Charges

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Shipping method selected

From time to time, Maulee Muse may offer complimentary shipping on eligible orders.

Customs Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local handling charges may apply depending on your country's regulations.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the recipient is unavailable,

  • the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, or

  • the package is refused,

additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery or return shipments.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

  • Include your order number and photographs (if applicable).

  • We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items with different production timelines, we may ship them separately to ensure faster delivery. You will be notified if this applies to your order.
